The cottage is located on the 1st floor of a recently renovated outbuilding, adjoining the owners' house, which is accessed by an external spiral staircase. The cottage is air conditioned. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people.
The cottage is NON SMOKING and pets are not allowed.

With its independent entrance and a surface of 25m², the Gîte includes a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom:
-The bedroom has a 160x200 double bed (with sheets provided)

-The bathroom includes a shower, a sink and a toilet (towels are provided = 1 bath towel, 1 small towel / person + 1 bath mat)

-The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen area (Oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils, 4 tea towels and a tablecloth / week), a Table and 4 Chairs and a convertible sofa (bed 140x190 with sheets included) and a flat screen TV.

Arrival from 4.30 p.m. and departure no later than 10.00 a.m.

End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price (however everything is available for daily maintenance of the apartment)
