Set in a peaceful location yet close to the lively high street, it’s perfectly placed for exploring local shops, cafés, and restaurants. The seafront is only a five-minute walk away, and with private parking included, it’s an ideal place for your stay in Filey.





The Space:

The ground floor offers a stylish open-plan living space, combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a breakfast bar, dining table, two comfortable sofas, and a smart TV, along with a convenient downstairs toilet. At the rear, patio doors open onto a fully enclosed outdoor space which is great for children and dogs.





Upstairs, there is a spacious king-size bedroom, a comfortable double bedroom, and a small double bedroom (which we recommend for one adult or two small children). You’ll also find a large bathroom equipped with a bath and shower.





This house accepts two small dogs for an additional fee of £25 per dog.





Parking for two small cars or one large available.
