Beautiful, light and airy coastal cottage in a quiet part of The Bay Holiday Village - ideal for family holidays.

Wren Cottage is located in a quiet corner of The Bay, with off road parking for 2 vehicles. The property is within easy walking distance of the beach, swimming pool, gym and tennis courts. This is one of the largest 2 bedroom properties on The Bay and offers luxury spacious accommodation.

Enter through the step free doorway into a generously proportioned hallway with cloakroom and storage. Walk into the 'L' shaped open plan living, dining and kitchen area with wood-burner stove, sofas for 5 and SMART TV (with free Sky Cinema via Now TV), dining table for 5 and modern fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, air fryer and microwave. Off the dining area French doors lead onto a private furnished patio with BBQ area, ideal for outside relaxing with seating for 6 with quiet lawned area.

Upstairs the master bedroom includes a king size bed (from Feb 2024 (double until then)) and luxury En-suite with rainfall shower (New in 2021). The second bedroom has two single beds and a bunk over one of them with access to the family bathroom with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

The log burner makes Wren Cottage warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

Great last minute break!

We had a fantastic stay at Wren Cottage. It was just the right size for our family of five. Lovely quiet location. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely few days in Wren Cottage. The cottagd was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable and with nice towels and bedding. The beds were very comfortable.

Wren Cottage - Highly recommended

We spent a short weekend break at the lovely Wren Cottage at The Bay Filey. A well furnished detached cottage with comfy beds, an ensuite and some lovely personal touches. The log burner was an added bonus in November. The heating was easy to operate. We enjoyed some lovely local walks with our dog and found the site relaxing and well looked after. Would definitely return to explore more of the area.

New Year family break

Lovely cottage on the bay, very comfortable and clean and cosy! Heating easy to work and everything you would need for a short break! Originally booked an other cottage butbwasnt dog friendly and anthony sorted this out for us very quickly! Plenty of emails texts etc with all the information needed! Would recomment we love the bay at filey! Thankyou

Lovely Easter Break

Good stay

Overall our stay was good. The cottage was well equipped and good location. There were a few parts that could have been cleaner including the highchair and some of the furniture was showing wear and tear. But the cottage was good value for the price we paid.

Lovely break in Wren Cottage

We had a lovely, comfortable stay in Wren cottage. Comfortable beds and settees. All equipment in the kitchen that you need and two good bathrooms in excellent condition. It is also in a quiet position. We have been staying at The Bay for approximately 14 years and always look forward to returning. We find booking with Anchor Bay Holidays simple and efficient. Short winter break

This was a great find for a last minute couple of days by the sea. Cottage exceeded expectations, spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Communication from the host was above and beyond. The resort itself has a really nice ‘high end’ feel to it, had a genuine village feel to it. About an hour at low tide walk over to Filey.

2nd stay at The Bay in 4 weeks

What a beautiful detached cottage we chose this time. We stayed at The Bay in June and loved it that much we came back 4 weeks later. Wren cottage was perfect for both of us and our little dog. Lovely peaceful location for us to be able to unwind. The cottage has everything you need, comfortable furniture and lovely decorated throughout. I honestly can't find anything negative to say about it. We have found a happy place

Lovely house in a great setting

Our second time at The Bay in Filey. This house was very clean, comfortable and warm - especially important as there was snow and ice around! The living areas were smart and easy to keep clean. There is a very nice en-suite as well as a family bathroom and a comfortable king size bed. Our dog enjoyed herself too, wandering outside the back door. The location is very quiet being away from the main road into the park. Also close to the great indoor swimming pool and only a few minutes walk to the excellent beach. Highly recommended and we will return!

Wonderful stay

Wow !! Spotlessly clean and comfortable home from home place. That en-suite made me jealous!!! My husband and myself had a wonderful 4 days at Wren cottage and didn’t want to leave. It’s in a lovely spot on the Bay. It’s not on a walkway at the back so there wasn’t anyone passing by making our reactive little dog who thinks he owns the place bark. The sofas were really comfortable so was the bed. If I had to pick fault it would be the size of the television up on the wall was rather small for people with failing eye sight as I find the old eyes not being as they were.. wouldn’t stop me from staying again though I would in a heartbeat.
