Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés with this chic 1-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building (without an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

The apartment is a lovely, well-appointed space in one of Paris's most sought-after addresses. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed with a superior quality mattress and faces the street. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink and is accessible via the hallway. The living area comes with a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, stove and Nespresso coffee machine. A washer-dryer combo is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Good to know before you book



Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The building has no lift, and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

The Neighborhood:

Rue Dauphine is one of the liveliest streets in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, running straight from the Seine down into the heart of the 6th arrondissement. The street itself is lined with wine bars, bistros, cheese shops and bakeries that draw both locals and visitors throughout the day and into the evening. A short walk takes you to the Pont Neuf and the tip of the Île de la Cité, from where Notre-Dame and Sainte-Chapelle are just minutes away. The covered Passage Dauphine is right on your doorstep, and the buzzing Place Saint-Michel is just around the corner, with its fountain, cafés and booksellers along the Seine.



The neighbourhood puts you within easy walking distance of some of Paris's most celebrated institutions. The Musée d'Orsay, with its extraordinary collection of Impressionist masterpieces, is a pleasant 15-minute stroll along the river. The Odéon theatre, the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Latin Quarter's cobbled streets are all close by. For food lovers, the Rue de Buci market street is a short walk away, packed with fromageries, fishmongers and florists. Whether you're here for culture, cuisine or simply to soak up the atmosphere of the Left Bank at its best, Rue Dauphine puts you right in the middle of it all.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.



*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.



*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
