Situated in the Syracuse region of south-eastern Sicily, Casa Chiusi is a lovely modern apartment featuring a terrace and swimming pool. Only 700 m from the sea and quick a two-minute drive from a sandy beach, it’s an ideal retreat for friends or families, including children.

Conveniently, a mini market and restaurant are within walking distance making it the perfect home base for exploring nearby attractions like the Cava Grande and Vendicari nature reserves, Pantalica, Syracuse, Noto, and even Mount Etna, reachable within 90-minutes by car.

Casa Chiusi is a first-floor apartment covering an area of 85 square meters. Accessible through a separate door, guests ascend 18 steps and pass through a shared gate before reaching the entrance. Once inside, the apartment is conveniently arranged on a single level.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner lives in the apartment below, but they are not always present during the quieter low and mid seasons and ensure that guests enjoy their privacy undisturbed. The owner will just use the garden to pass through it, but he will use the veranda in front of his apartment.

The house consists of a bright, open plan living room with large glass doors leading onto the terrace. The room is furnished with a small sofa and TV, a dining table (seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area.

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with a double bed and air conditioning) and one triple bedroom (with a double bed, single bed, and air conditioning). Additionally, there is one bathroom equipped with a tub, toilet, and bidet, as well as a washing machine.

Outside, the apartment offers a lovely terrace furnished with comfortable seating, a parasol, and a dining table. Both bedrooms have a small balcony for added relaxation. Furthermore, the property has a well-maintained garden featuring a saltwater swimming pool measuring 10 x 4m with a depth of 1.4 m. The pool is complemented by a solarium, offering the perfect spot for soaking up the Sicilian sun. An outdoor shower with hot water, garden furniture and a small grill enhances the outdoor experience. Additionally, private parking is available. Guests can enjoy the pool from 1 May to 30 September, or upon request outside of these dates. They also enjoy exclusive access as the owner ensures that they do not use the pool simultaneously.
