This is a shared home. The main floor has 3-bedrooms, and room #1 is upstairs. We have provided basic amenities and appliances to ensure you are comfortable in your room.

-The basement suite is occupied by a guest; there is no authorized access between the main and basement floors. The door is completely locked for privacy.
-You have no access to the living room on the main floor, as you are just renting a room in the house. We made efforts to make your room as comfortable as possible.
-You have access to the room you booked and the private washroom.
-Appliances in the kitchen (stove, fridge and microwave) are not to be used. If you would like to cook, book our other listing.
-When using the kitchen ensure to wash dirty dishes, please clean countertops and keep your voices down. We provided disposable plates and cups in your room.
