Welcome to a charming little cottage right by the sea in beautiful Åkersberga, in the heart of Roslagen. Here you live with a fantastic sea view and the sea as your closest neighbor! On a sloping plot you will find this cottage leafily nestled among the trees next to the shore with a lovely wooden deck and a calming view of the sea. The cottage has an open and social layout where the living room and a small kitchen meet in a bright and pleasant environment with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and sofa bed in the living room. Small bathroom with Cinderella incineration toilet. An additional bed is available in a separate small guest cottage, ideal for those who want a little privacy, located a little further away by the jetty. Wooden deck right next to the lapping of the water, a perfect place for morning coffee or long summer evenings. As a guest you also have access to a shared beach and jetty that is shared with the owner - perfect for swimming and relaxing by the sea. If you want to take a trip with the Canadian, you are more than welcome to do so, life jackets are available to rent from the owner on site. The owner has his summer house a little higher up on the property. Pets may be okay to bring on request. Here you live in the middle of Roslagen's magical nature, while services, restaurants and shops in central Åkersberga are only a short drive away. Beautiful archipelago nature with nice walking trails. A perfect place for those of you who want to wake up to the sound of the sea and feel the calm arrive! A warm welcome to this summer gem!
