Apartment located in a quiet area, yet very close to the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro and approximately 350 mt from the beach. The apartment may be on the ground floor or first floor and features comfortable and functional furnishings. It is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a drip coffee machine, microwave, and hairdryer. A communal parking space is available, subject to availability (not guaranteed). The apartment comprises a living room with a kitchenette, dining area, and single sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace or balcony furnished with a table and chairs. °Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor and colours may vary).
