basement (430 sq ft) retreat, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, is the perfect starting point for couples, friends, or solo travelers who wish to experience an authentic Barcelona experience.

**The Space**
Upon entering, you will find a bright and functional space designed for your maximum comfort. The apartment has a room equipped with two comfortable single beds, ideal for a restful sleep after a day exploring the city. The living room, which is integrated with the bedroom, includes a sofa and a television, creating a perfect environment for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, while the modern bathroom has a revitalizing shower.

For your convenience, the apartment is air-conditioned and offers high-speed WIFI internet connection, an iron and a hairdryer.

**Guest Access**
One of the great treasures of this apartment is the spectacular communal rooftop terrace. Go up and enjoy the Mediterranean sun, read a book with views of the city's rooftops or share a glass of wine at sunset. It is an urban oasis that you will love.

In addition, you will have at your disposal a communal laundry area with washing machines and dryers, facilitating longer stays.

Located just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Ramblas and very close to the sea, you will be at the epicenter of Barcelona's culture and life. El Raval is a neighborhood full of character, with an incredible offer of tapas bars, bohemian restaurants, art galleries and unique shops. Get lost in its streets and discover emblematic places such as the Boquería Market, the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and Gaudí's Palau Güell.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be paid according to current regulations.
- We will request personal data (such as passport) from all guests to comply with the legal registration of travelers.

Check-in and Check-out:


• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.


• Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM.


Occupancy:


• The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 guests. Additional guests are not permitted.


Coexistence Rules:


• Please treat our apartment and the building with the same care and respect as your own home.


• The rest of the neighbors is very important. Excessive noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM.


• Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.


Pets:


• Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. Please inform us when making your reservation.


Smoking:


• This is a smoke-free apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building.


Common Areas:


• You have a fantastic communal rooftop terrace and a laundry room available. Please keep these areas clean and tidy after use so that others can also enjoy them.


Important Additional Information:


• In accordance with local regulations (Royal Decree 933/2021), we will request identification data (passport or ID) from all guests to report to the authorities.


• The tourist tax of 9.50 € per person per night is not included in the total reservation price and must be paid separately.
