On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area,a few steps down to the living room, an interior patio, and a terrace that opens onto a generous private garden with sun loungers, parasol, and a large barbecue—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The house is located in a secure residential resort with 24-hour security, just 200–300 meters from the beach. The complex offers recreational areas for children, sports facilities (football and basketball courts, outdoor fitness equipment), and beautiful paths for walking alongside the beach and golf course.

The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kitchenware, washing machine, and barbecue, making it ideal for spending wonderful days with family or friends, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings of this beautiful corner of the Almería coast.

Nearby you can explore some incredible beaches and natural attractions such as Sombrerico Beach, Bordenares Beach, El Pirulico watchtower, Sopalmo Beach, and the stunning Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. Charming nearby villages include Mojácar (considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain), Cortijo Grande, San José, La Isleta del Moro, and Níjar.

The Macenas Resort area is currently undergoing exciting improvements, including the restoration of the beach and social club, a full renovation of the golf courses, and several development projects throughout the resort.

Just a few kilometres away you’ll find the Hotel Indalo area, with restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, and shops. We also recommend some great local spots: Alberto’s ice cream shop, the popular Tito’s beach bar on Ventanicas/El Cantal beach, and Marcelo Entre Tapas, a fantastic place for tapas located near the well-known Aku-Aku beach bar. The nearby shopping centre also has cafés, a supermarket, and souvenir shops selling local ceramics, silver, and unique gifts.

Macenas Resort is a very peaceful residential area with 24-hour security. The houses are located about 200–300 meters from the beach, with direct access from the resort next to the golf course. The complex offers a children’s playground, football and basketball courts, outdoor fitness equipment, and swimming pools.

Just outside the resort, along the beachfront, there is a large palm grove and promenade leading to the historic Macenas Castle (18th century). From the beach you can also see the El Pirulico watchtower (12th–14th century), as well as the beautiful Bordenares and Sombrerico beaches.

The resort is only a few minutes by car from Mojácar Playa (with supermarkets, health centre, pharmacies, shops, and restaurants), 10 km from Mojácar village, and 75 km from the city of Almería.
