It offers the perfect balance between a peaceful beachside retreat and easy access to Marbella’s glamorous social scene. From the doorstep, guests can enjoy the Paseo Marítimo, leading east to the historic Old Town with its traditional tapas bars and charming streets, or west to the iconic Marbella Club and the ultra-chic Puente Romano Resort, home to Michelin-starred restaurants and stylish bars. Puerto Banús, with its luxury boutiques, super-yachts, and vibrant nightlife, is just a short drive away.
Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Mediterraneo is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
The ground floor features a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, fitted with state-of-the-art appliances and designed as a comfortable social space for relaxing and spending time together. A dining area is positioned beside the patio doors, which open onto a spacious private terrace with both outdoor dining and lounge seating. This level also includes a single bedroom with its own bathroom, along with a separate guest bathroom, offering both convenience and privacy. The patio, complete with comfortable seating, a shaded umbrella, and a BBQ, provides the perfect setting for relaxed evenings in the Marbella sunshine.
The second floor hosts three bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, while the two additional bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or groups.
On the top level, guests will find a dedicated laundry room and access to the rooftop terrace, furnished with sun loungers—a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy Marbella’s sunshine throughout the day.
The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.
For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.
