Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful, residential enclave of elegant townhouses in a prime beachfront setting. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa del Mar is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours and preserve the tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful community.



Ideally positioned, the townhouse offers direct access to the seafront promenade, with the iconic Marbella Club just 200 metres away and the renowned Puente Romano Resort — home to Michelin-starred dining and exclusive beach clubs — within easy walking distance.
