The space is 2 ajoining houses with a shared private outside space with patio and garden. Great for contractors or families and friends getting together. Plenty of off road parking available. Close to the peak district and Derbyshire Dales, Welbeck, Clumber Park, Bolsover Castle. Plenty of nearby counrty pubs and resturarants and farm shops.
