Our lovely flat is located on the mezzanine floor and spreads over two levels. It is equipped with a swimming pool and a solarium and can accommodate five guests. The first floor comes with a living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower box, and a furnished balcony. The basement is provided with a bedroom with three single beds (that can be joined). It offers a Satellite TV, A/C, heating, an American coffee maker, a microwave and one uncovered parking space per booking (no SUV). A shared laundry is available. Beach distance: 800mt. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor and colours may vary). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
