The spacious living room has large windows that fill the space with natural light and open views to the terrace and trees. There are one separate bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm double bed. On the loft you will find additional sleeping places for up to four guests, making it suitable for families with children, two couples travelling together or a small group of friends. From backyard you can step out to the generous main terrace with the dedicated outdoor hot tub, as well as an additional large shared terrace at the corner of the house. The shared terrace is available for guests staying in both Villa Mia A and Villa Mia B and is furnished with luxury designer outdoor furniture, a gas and charcoal grill, fire palce, a large 10‑person design table and a projector. It is a fantastic space for cooking together, socialising, watching movies under the summer night sky and roasting marshmallows. You can optionally book both sides of the townhouse, comfortably hosting 12 (14) guests - ideal for two families travelling together or a group of friends. From the door you can access local forest paths for morning runs and evening walks, and a small lake is just a couple of minutes stroll away for peaceful views and fresh air. Nearby Serena Water Park and Ski Resort offers slides, pools and spa‑style fun in summer and ski slopes in winter, so you can plan an active holiday in every season.
