This charming holiday home has been fully modernized with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and heat pump, and comes fully furnished - maybe you will be the first clients to feel the cozy atmosphere and fireplace warmth. The house has a genuine summer house atmosphere and has been renovated and decorated as a private home rather than just a rental, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

The property is surrounded by forest and trees, with a large, lush, and characterful garden. A luxury outdoor shower and sauna have been added, offering direct views of nature, where you can relax while listening to the wind in the trees or birds singing.

The house is encircled by a large XL terrace with fjord views, providing complete privacy. The covered section of the terrace features a cozy dining area with an outdoor kitchen, grill, and patio heater – perfect for long summer evenings.

The open section of the terrace includes new lounge furniture, a parasol, and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun and natural surroundings.

It takes just one minute to walk down to the sea, where you can enjoy the view or take a refreshing swim.

Note: The reason for the lack of interior photos is simply that the house will first be fully renovated and ready to show in June – but we (Michael and Nadia) guarantee it will be tasteful and feel like home! Note: Not for commercial rental.
