The host was fantastic. Great communication and very accommodating when my flight was delayed 4 hours. The apartment is great, too. It's a very cute pretty "no frills" place. It has everything you need for a place to sleep & shower; the real star of this show (aside from the gorgeous mural in the apartment) is its location. I'm not sure how I could possibly have selected a better location. It's a 10 minute walk from Centro and a 30 second walk from some of the best blocks Colinia Jalatlaco has to offer. Absolutely fabulous neighborhood! One note on if you have a car rental; the host's recommendation for a small car is spot-on. Due to my flight delay I wound up with a small SUV that was a real challenge to get out of the driveway due to the very narrow street. I'm grateful for the ground clearance, but am definitely looking at being penalized for damage I did to the vehicle trying to get out of the driveway. It was 100% my fault, but beware — if someone is parked across the street too close to the driveway, it's REALLY hard to get out. A small car would've made it just fine.
