- There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.



- Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply up to a limit of €80.



- We provide a complimentary welcome kit with toiletries for the first day (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products and a trash bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.

- An extra fee may be charged for opening the door during your stay according to the following schedule: between 9:00 and 18:00: €25; other times: €50.

An early check-in fee of €20 may apply, subject to availability and always from 11:00 AM onwards, whether for dropping off luggage or checking in - always subject to availability.



- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Staying beyond this time without prior notice and authorization from your host will incur an extra fee of €25 for each hour of late check-out.
