The Swanpool Hideaway is a peaceful and tranquil spot, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Surrounded by nature, the garden is beautifully planted and often filled with birds nesting and visiting throughout the day, creating a calm, tucked-away feel.

Despite being just a short walk from Swanpool Beach, the nature reserve, and Falmouth town centre, the property feels secluded and private — ideal for families or anyone looking for a quiet coastal escape.

The layout of the property is as follows:

- Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, and a small WC. The kitchen features patio doors that open out onto the garden, making it a lovely space to enjoy indoor-outdoor living.
- First floor: Two bedrooms and a main bathroom.

A comfortable, homely space in a great location, with a relaxed atmosphere throughout.

Property Access – The Swanpool Hideaway

The Swanpool Hideaway is located in Swan’s Reach, Falmouth, TR11 5GD, in a quiet residential development near Swanpool Beach.

You can drive directly to the property and park in the two allocated spaces just outside on the left-hand side.

Access is via a key safe located outside the front door. Enter the code provided in your arrival message, collect the keys, and let yourselves in.

We offer self check-in via a key safe, so you can arrive at a time that suits you.
