In a great location, easy to find, secure & free car parking which was a huge bonus. Clear & simple check in instructions too. On arrival there was milk, a cream tea, flowers & a card - such a thoughtful touch. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovely fresh linen, a comfortable bed and we slept so well. The kitchen had everything you needed and tea/coffee, oil & condiments. The bathroom was very clean, toiletries if you needed them and the shower was a good temperature/pressure. Excellent Wi-Fi too. The whole apartment was beautifully designed with fab interiors. Such a clever use of space. Wonderful views from the balcony & it was great you could open up the double doors. We would highly recommend and would 100% book again. Thank.

Really enjoyed our stay at Gulls Way, the view is just incredible, and we could not stop looking out across the Bay! It was such a bonus to have the indoor parking, we have stayed in Falmouth before and know that street parking can be scarce and expensive.The apartment is perfectly sized for two, it has everything that we needed for our stay, and we particularly appreciated all the decent quality glasses rather than odd miss matched ones which we have had in other places. Super large TV too!It was wonderful being just a few minutes walk away from the shops and restaurants, we did not use the car at all during our stay!Thankyou also for the fridge full of essentials including a yummy Cornish cream tea! We travelled with my partner’s little Emotional Support dog Tink, and he was able to exercise her without going far. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we hope to return again soon!

Very clean & well equipped. A lovely welcome pack. Fantastic views, and beautiful decor. Wish we had known of the limited headroom on mezzanine & in bath as my husband is over 6ft tall. Also did not realise apartment is at top of a long hill! Having recently had knee operation, found all stairs quite hard.

Excellent location with stunning views, only minutes walk from all amenities. Full kitchen inventory including a good choice of condiments, a good selection of local books and guides on the area including binoculars for the views.Well secured garaged parking.Great hosts (nothing is too much trouble).All in all a great place to base your stay !
