About the host
Hosted by Dave Root
I’m Dave, I’ve loved coming to Cornwall all of my life, and have been lucky enough to live in this wonderful place since 2022. I’m a horticulturist by profession and love gardening, paddle boarding and enjoying the fantastic uniqueness of Cornwall. I have assisted my partner hosting another property nearby for 4 years and was super excited to add Gulls Way to our fold
Why they chose this property
Falmouth is full of life and excitement, you are never short of places to go and things to do whatever the weather and at every time of year. Every walk down the high Street can lead to an adventure and a holiday memory, and you could even spend a week without needing your car!
What makes this property unique
Gulls Way is all about the view! I fell in love with it in 2020 when I stayed as a guest several times. I could not believe my luck when it came up for sale in 2025 and I was able to finally buy the apartment and make my Cornish dream even more perfect. I hope that you will enjoy a stay at Gulls Way too.
