The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, located on the beachfront with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. From here you can enjoy the best beaches in the area, with the famous Zona Norte Beach just 5 metres away. It is the ideal place for families looking to combine beach, nature and comfort.





As for interior amenities, you will find 2 full bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and heat pump heating for your comfort throughout the year. The American-style ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a washing machine, iron and hair dryer for your convenience.





The apartment has WiFi connection, television and a terrace with sea views.

The communal facilities include a shared swimming pool, the longest on the entire beach, children's area and tennis court. Covered parking located in the same building.





The location is unbeatable: 200 metres from the bus stop, 500 metres from the nearest supermarket, 7 km from Gandía's historic centre and the train station. You also have nearby water parks such as Aquopolis (25 km), golf courses such as Oliva Nova (20 km) and attractions such as Terra Mítica (80 km).

Apartamento Presidente 3A

El apartamento es espectacular, decorado con muy buen gusto, cuenta con todas las cosas necesarias para disfrutar de unos días de relax, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, sillas y sombrilla de playa, buen menaje de cocina... La ubicación es magnífica, en primera línea de playa y en una zona muy tranquila de Gandía. La urbanización es también maravillosa, cuenta una piscina muy grande, zona infantil con columpios y piscina, salas para jugar con mesa ping-pong y una gran zona ajardinada. El servicio de Apartamentos Gandía es excelente. La comunicación es muy fluida y ante cualquier imprevisto. la respuesta es inmediata. Si contratas más de una semana, también esta incluida la limpieza y el cambio de sábanas y toallas, que son de buena calidad. Te dejan también unos botecitos de gel y champú y productos de limpieza. Es el tercer año que alquilo con ellos en distintas casas, todas son de gran calidad, pero sobre todo, para mí es fundamental la confianza que me generan.
