Exclusive us of a large, very spacious detached 4-bed 4-bath air-conditioned Villa in quiet area on a corner plot, over-looking empty land, with private 9x5m swimming pool.

The Villa is split on two levels;

1) Upper Main Villa - 2-beds, 2-baths. lounge, dinning area, large kitchen, enclosed balcony, additional balcony and roof solarium.

2) Lower Villa Apartment - 2-bed, 2-baths, lounge/dinning area, kitchen and game room.

Both levels are self-contained and not internally connected - So, perfect for two families holidaying together, or extended/large families holidaying with grandparents or grownup kids needing their own space.

The Lower Villa Apartment is "wheelchair friendly", as there's a ramp down into the Apartment, over-sized doors and one bathroom has a disabled toilet and tap, with a chair in the shower. Also, access to the poolside from the street is a ramp. The complete poolside area is on one-level.

Game Room supplied with a good selection of games to keep the kids and adults happy, plus there's a dart board and darts!

A bath+hand towel "per person" are supplied and one set of bedding, on the bed. More can be given on request at an additional charge.

Your electricity and gas consumption during your stay is included in the rental paid, assuming that it's not excessive.

An additional end-of rental "cleaning fee" has been added to the rental amount.

As well as air-con in most rooms there are ceiling fans or other fans available for use, and gas heaters for the Winter months.

The Villa has 2m high walls on two sides and the other two with hedges, so is very private.

The road outside has parking for your hire-car (or cars) and has little to no passing traffic, as ends on an open piece of land with a dirt-track going across it.

Within walking distance (2-10mins) there's a great selection of local pubs, restaurants, shops, mini-golf (Greenlands) and Paddle-courts.

There are a couple of small food-shops within walking distance, but it's advisable to drive by car to one the larger supermarkets for your main shopping;

The ever-popular Villamartin Plaza and top Golf-course is a 20min walk away (1.6Km). The plaza has a nice selection of restaurants and pubs, great for a night out.

The Villa is always rented exclusively, never shared by others!

DISCOUNT: For "small parties", as in 6 people or less, is available, but only applicable for non-Summer periods.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The maximum length of stay possible is 10 days/9 nights, due to the legal restrictions enforced by the Valencia Tourist authorities.
