The beach is only 5 minutes away, Marbella centre around 8 minutes, Puerto Banús approximately 10 minutes, and the nearest supermarket just 5 minutes by car. For golf lovers, the property is also within a 15-minute drive from the prestigious Aloha Golf Club.

The home has been designed for comfort and effortless living, making it perfect for families and groups. The main living area is bright and inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge with Smart TV. Large doors open directly onto a private patio with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, creating the perfect space to enjoy long sunny days and relaxed evenings.
