A modern double bedroom apartment set on the Regents Canal in King’s Cross
Fantastic location within 5 minutes of bars, restaurants and shops.
But relatively quiet as in cul-de-sac and on the canal.
Free off road parking in private car park - useful as the apartment is just outside the Congestion Charge zone
Available from 10th June to mid-September.
Fully furnished with a good size double bedroom with clothing storage.
A large living room with a dining section - which has been used as a home office area. Dining table and chairs, coffee table and contemporary storage. Also, a grey sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchen – with washing machine, fridge and cooker
Bath/shower room
Good storage cupboard from the hallway.
Excellent location - 4 mins away from Waitrose in Granary Square and King’s Place.
15 min walk along canal to Camden. 10 mins walk to Chapel Market, Islington.
Perhaps the best connected area in Europe -
direct trains to Gatwick, Luton Airport. Direct tube to Heathrow.
Eurostar, Kings Cross, St.Pancras -10 mins walk - Euston (20 mins walk)
Plenty of buses.
Walk and tube to Oxford Circus (20 mins)
