Newly decorated cozy studio for two, located in Lapad area, only 5 min away on foot from Lapad promenade and 10 minutes on foot from Sunset beach. Only 10 minutes away from the Old Town by bus. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes near by, within a short walking distance.
Free parking place is subject to availability and needs to be reserved at the time of booking.

This studio is located on the ground floor (the British convention) of a 3-floor house.

There is a queen size bed (160x200cm), dining table, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Kitchen is equipped with electrical stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and all the dishes and cutlery. We provide supplies like oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
Bed linen, towels, as well as hand soap, shower gel and shampoo are also provided to all of our guests.

The flat's equipment includes air conditioner, washing machine, sat tv and wireless internet.
