This luxury apartment has been recently modernized to an exceptional standard. Within a moments walk from the apartment you will be welcomed by the vibrant social setting that is the popular Lapad promenade: a plethora of local bars, high quality shops and an expansive range of restaurants to immerse you in a culinary Dubrovnik experience.

The apartment offers two king size bedrooms, one of which ensuite. There is an additional bathroom with washing machine.
Spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.
Living space contains a sitting area with a flat screen smart TV and a sofa. There is a dinning area that overlooks the terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a nice glass of wine in the evening.

Dubrovnik Lapad apartment

Excellent location, a few min pleasant stroll To the beach and beautiful promenade along the shore where one can swim off the cliffs. Apartment is comfortable, clean, equipped to the teeth with everything one might need. The only frustrating thing is the electric stove that was super annoying to operate. So don’t plan to cook much. Otherwise everything was super nice.

Clean, safe and beautiful

My wife and I stayed at this beautifully appointed apartment for two nights while visiting the Adriatic pearl: Dubrovnik - a perfect mix of history and modern-day beauty. The apartment is clean, nice and up-to-date with everything you need. There is no elevator in the building, but it's a quick flight up to the apartment. The parking is a bit tricky if you are driving. We were lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the building. We took Uber to Old Town as we did not want to lose out parking spot.

Excellent location, quality apartment

The property is exactly as it is detected in the listing. It has quality finishings and is very well equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay. There are numerous restaurants and takeaway shops within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets to purchase breakfast items. Although we did not cook any meals wpduring our stay the kitchen was excellent. The added bonus was the washing machine and a balcony. Can not recommend this apartment highly enough.

Dubrovnik Gem

Jadranka’s apartment is beautifully updated. It is clean and well appointed. The location was difficult to locate but we soon learned to be dropped by our Uber ride at the Tommy’s grocery store. The apartment is within short walking distance for groceries, restaurants, bars and beach. It is not walking distance to the walled city especially on a hot day but the number 6 bus is easy to catch and relatively cheap if you are just 2 people. If you are travelling with four then an Uber will be the best to get downtown. We were just two days in Dubrovnik but if I was to return then I would certainly use this apartment again.

Convenient location and beautifully remodeled apartment.

The apartment is located just a short walk to Sunset Beach and near restaurants and cafes. It’s a 9 minute uber ride to Old Town. It was very clean, decorated in a comfortable, modern way, and owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would recommend for sure.

Perfect Dubrovnik getaway

Close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants right outside your door, and just a 5 minute cab ride from the Old City. Modern, spacious, comfortable apartment.

This recently renovated apartment was absolutely perfect for two couples. Clean, comfortable and convenient walk to wherever you want to go...supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the Adriatic all within a 5-10 minute walk! The owner helped us tremendously with whatever we needed...whether it was transportation, day trips, or restaurant recommendations, Jadranka and the team were there to support!
