Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Wohngebiet ist ruhig und man gelangt sehr gut mit dem ÖPNV nach Stockholm. Zu Fuß sind verschiedene Speiselokale und Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichbar. Unserer Buchung und Nutzung lagen Ausstattungen zugrunde, die leider nicht vorhanden waren. So fehlte der zu diesem Zeitpunkt angegebene Balkon, eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Föhn, eine Mikrowelle und eine Spülmaschine. Eine rostige Pfanne oder alternativ eine Pfanne mit sich lösender Teflonschicht war Bestandteil der auch sonst recht sparsamen Ausstattung in der Küche. Die Situation im Bad ist beengt und verbesserungsfähig.Aufgrund einer fehlenden Duschwanne verteilt sich das Wasser großflächig. Beim Betreten der Wohnung ist gelegentlich Kanalgeruch zu riechen.Hinweise für ausländische Urlauber zur Mülltrennung und "Wo find ich was?" wären ebenfalls hilfreich. Positiv zu bewerten ist der gute Zustand der Möblierung in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer. Mit wenigen Maßnahmen könnten die meisten Kritikpunkte beseitigt werden.
