This delightful holiday home offers a great balance of spacious thoughtful living space, combined with a relaxing garden, accommodating up to 6 guests and welcoming your well behaved dog. 

For those seeking a elevate your next coastal escape, why not add on the hot tub hire. This is charged at £275 for short breaks and week long stays and is the most perfect way to relax after a day of coastal adventures. 

The Space 

Open Plan Living and Dining Space 
Enjoy this light-filled, open-plan living and dining area that leads out onto the garden. There is a large dining table perfect for sociable feasting. This area leads onto a living space with two comfy arm chairs to relax and unwind in.   

Kitchen
The kitchen is located off the open plan living & dining space. It is a modern well fitted kitchen with everything you could need to whip up a feast - modern appliances including an airfyer, ample work tops and with a kitchen sink that looks out over the garden. 

There is also a washer / dryer available for guests to use. 

Living Room

There is a separate living room at the front of the house offering an ideal space for cosy film nights or a quiet spot to curl up with a book whilst your holiday group enjoy the other living space. For any chilly evenings, there is also a lovely fire installed in this room which guests are welcome to use. 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Salvora features three welcoming bedrooms - each thoughtfully styled to welcome you for your next coastal escape.

The primary bedroom enjoys views across the garden, has ample storage and a king size bed. 

A second spacious bedroom features two comfy singled beds. 

The third bedroom is ideal for teens or younger children, with a set of bunk beds. 

The home includes two modern bathrooms: 

Main Bathroom (First Floor): Modern & Stylish with a shower-over-bath, bath, glass screen, vanity unit and WC.
Shower Room (Ground Floor): Modern power shower, basin with vanity, and WC.

Outdoor Space
There is a lovely garden including lawned area - making it ideal for kids to let off some steam. The garden is perfect for alfresco dining and family fun. There is outside seating and a gas BBQ available. 

Want to truly unwind? You can elevate your stay with the use of the hot tub (optional extra of £275 for short breaks and week long stays) -  the perfect way to relax after a day of coastal adventures.

Car Parking 
There is also usually on street parking available on Grenville Road or neighbouring roads or the long stay car park is a 10-15 mins walk.

1) The accommodation is set over two floors, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

5) No provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.  

6) The hot tub is an optional extra and charged at £275 for a short break or week long stay. 

7) One well behaved dog or two small well behaved dogs is / are welcome, subject to simple dog rules. Please note that the owners do bring their own dog on occasions.  

8) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.

9) Complimentary access to our Salcombe Abode inclusive concierge service, together with a luxury Salcombe Abode welcome pack on arrival.
