4 adults stayed in this modern,excellently located three bedroom with air conditioning (which we used on several occasions) for 11 days. The apt has a doorman and elevator right next to the Baker St tube and Regent Park. The host stayed in excellent contact throughout the rental and responded promptly for keys, coffee and a broom. The apartment was clean and supplies such as soap, toilet paper were amply provided king sized bed were queen size. Some suggestions to make the bunk bed room better for an adult would be addition of a closet mirror and small bedside table. Mattress pads while not essential would protect the mattresses from accidents. The drain in the guest shower is slow but did not overflow but should be checked. The toilet seat for the master is not the right size Thanks for a wonderful stay—the location of the apartment cannot be beat

Location is fantastic! We were so lucky that our host was able to get us in last min after our previous booking changed due to previous visitor damaging the front door. At the time I was upset about this but after we got to this location I was actually very happy it happened. We were traveling with our two kids and it was so nice to be right next to the underground making it so easy to get all over London. Right around the corner we found a very nice area with shopping, dinning, and, my personal favorite, a local (cheese, bread, Wine!) store that we were able to grab everything we needed to feed the kids and ourselves in between meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and they have a doorman which made getting checked in and out a breeze. Also had AC which was fantastic considering London was going through a bit of a heat wave at the time. Highly recommend this booking for anyone visiting London with or without kids.
