Top floor annexe of a beautifully renovated Old Coach House, offering a peaceful and private countryside escape with its own entrance (via external wooden stairs), private garden and uninterrupted rural views. Set within the grounds of a Victorian home but not overlooked, it’s an ideal base for a relaxing multi-night stay in Hampshire.

Designed for comfort, the space sleeps up to 3 guests. There’s a bright king-size bedroom with generous storage, plus a cosy cabin bed tucked behind a curtain—perfect for a child. A travel cot is available on request.

The open-plan living area is spacious and welcoming, with a large dining table, large sofa and 55” Freesat TV—ideal for unwinding after a day out. Full free wifi. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials along with tea, coffee and basic condiments to help you settle in straight away. A modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Outside, enjoy your own private garden space—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The annexe makes an excellent base for exploring with plenty to see and do nearby: Beautiful countryside walks from the doorstep, a children's playground 300m away; Easy access to South Downs National Park; The charming market town of Alresford; Watercress Line heritage railway; Jane Austen's House/museum; Historic Winchester and a great selection of country pubs.
