The property includes another villa where the owner lives.
The outdoor areas listed in the description, except for the pool area, are for the exclusive use of Ville Olea guests. The pool area is shared with the other owners, consisting of a maximum of two guests.

Services included: final cleaning, bed linen and towels, change of bed linen, pool towels, and beach towels; garden maintenance and pool cleaning.

For stays longer than one week, a towel change is included mid-stay.
For stays of two weeks or more, a change of towels and sheets and a cleaning service are included at the end of each week.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the price to avoid waste and promote an eco-sustainable attitude.
