The Cottage is situated high above the picturesque village of Calci (less than a 5-minute walk away), surrounded by the centuries-old olive trees of our farm. The cottage is completely self-contained; the bedrooms have private bathrooms, and there is a large kitchen and a beautiful living room with a fireplace, as well as a spacious garden and a private hot tub with a panoramic view. THE HOT TUB IS OPEN FROM MID-MAY TO THE LAST SATURDAY IN SEPTEMBER AND IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOUSE’S GUESTS;USE BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THOSE STAYING AT THE PROPERTY. Wi-Fi is free. Pisa is about 10 minutes away. Lucca is about 20 minutes away. Florence is about 50 minutes away. The Certosa di Calci is located 2 km away, where you can visit the Natural History Museum and the beautiful interiors of the convent. DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST, WE RENT ONLY ON A WEEKLY BASIS OR IN MULTIPLES OF A WEEK, FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. FREE WI-FI
THE ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY FEE FOR PETS APPLIES TO A SINGLE PET; IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE PET, PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER.
A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF 300 EUROS IS REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN CASH AND IS REFUNDABLE UPON CHECK-OUT. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING ARE EXTRA AND ARE PAID AT CHECK-OUT.
