Stunning Place! Beautiful House&Garden

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful holiday home. The location is stunning, offering peace and tranquility that allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The house itself is creatively and tastefully decorated, which made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly clean and all the amenities we needed were readily available. Lovely house in a peaceful setting in the Tuscan hills

We stayed for a week in September 2018 and were very lucky with the weather. We were met by the owners and welcomed with prosecco and homemade biscuits and we had fresh flowers in the bedrooms which was a nice touch. The house was well equipped with everything you need and was like home from home. There are three double bedrooms and one of them had bunk beds, also 2 bathrooms both with walk in showers. The surroundings were so peaceful and perfect if you want to get away from it all. We visited Lucca a lovely walled city, Pisa and Florence which we went to on the train from Lucca. It is about 20 minutes drive from the coast at Viareggio which is well worth a visit with miles of sandy beaches. I would definitely recommend this property and would return again.

Absolutely fantastic...could have stayed on and on! This was our third stay as a family at this superb house and we will be back again for sure. The house has plenty of space - more than enough for four adults and we wished that we had invited some friends too! As usual, Maria Cristina and Luca were the most wonderful and considerate hosts with excellent communication and, as expected, a the property was beautifully presented. We came back again without hesitation as this house is perfect for us: a high-quality self catering break in a secluded location that is not too far from local attractions, historic cities/towns, good for a bit of walking and running (I wish I'd brought a road and mountain bike too...) and with local restaurants if the mood took us. Fantastic all round and we are all recharged and raring to go. To be honest, we could have stayed and stayed in this traditional, homely, peaceful and very well equipped house.I'm so glad we chose to come back again - it was the right decision (I think we knew that anyway!). A huge thank you to Maria Cristina and Luca for another fantastic break at your super house. We will see you again soon.

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis, j' ai apprécié que les 2 cheminées soient allumées, quand on arrive le soir fin décembre, c'est un super confort et une trÚs belle attention. La maison est trÚs fonctionnelle, l'extérieur est juste magnifique. La maison semble isolée mais en fait pas du tout, on a pu visiter Pise, les cinq terres et Florence sans problÚme. Ales was man ĂŒber die Unterkunft sagen kann - außergewöhnlich! Super nette Vermieter. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen! Die Lage ist beeindruckend, völlig in der Natur gelegen. Olivenhaine, Wald. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, ebenso der Garten und das GrundstĂŒck. KĂŒche ist exzellent ausgestattet, ebenfalls die BĂ€der und die Schlafzimmer. Sehr stilvoll ausgestattet und sauber. Das Haus ist mit einer Alarmanlage ausgestattet. Sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten und Haus. Der einzige Nachteil waren die Insekten, die sich am Ende des Sommers ins Haus flĂŒchten. Aber das war nur eine Randerscheinung. FĂŒr einen Familienurlaub genau die richtige Location, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub den wir verleben konnten.

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fĂŒhlt sich sofort wohl. Das riesige GrundstĂŒck ist sehr gepflegt und mit hochwertigen Möbeln und Lampen ausgestattet. Wir saßen Abends sehr gern gemĂŒtlich beisammen am Pool.Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die vielen kleinen Details, wie der freundliche Empfang mit Prosecco und GebĂ€ck, die wunderschöne BettwĂ€sche, die vielen HandtĂŒcher, die Auflagen fĂŒr die Sonnenliegen, die perfekt ausgestattete KĂŒche, usw., usw.Dank der regelmĂ€ĂŸigen Poolreinigung hatten wir immer sauberes Wasser. Ein tolles Haus mit wirklich allem, was man fĂŒr 2 Wochen Urlaub braucht. Es liegt etwas abgeschieden vom Strandtrubel (ca. 30 Min Fahrt), dafĂŒr ist man sehr schnell im schönen Lucca. Einziges Manko war fĂŒr uns das eher mĂ€ĂŸige Internet auf dem Berg. Vielen herzlichen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gern wieder!

Tolles Haus und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene, drei Kinder - 9, 7, 5 Jahre- und einem Kleinkind) fĂŒr zwei Wochen im Juni hier und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Gastgeber empfingen uns sehr herzlich und das Haus war ĂŒberall SEHR sauber! Alles ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Zweimal in der Woche macht Luca den Pool sauber und nach einer Woche bekamen wir frische HandtĂŒcher und Bettlaken auf die Terrasse gestellt. Der Garten mit dem Pool und der Terrasse direkt daneben hat einen traumhaft schönen Ausblick auf die OlivenbĂ€ume und weiter auf die schon bergige Landschaft. Es ist sehr ruhig etwas im Hinterland gelegen, aber mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir waren von hier aus in Lucca, Pisa, Livorno und Florenz, sowie in Viareggio am Meer. Alles AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung und gut machbar. Es fiel schwer, wieder zu gehen, haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können diesen Ort weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschönes HÀuschen

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit der Familie im Haus "Casa Alice" Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der ganzen Familie sehr freundlich und mit einem Aperitif empfangen. Das Haus ist urig aber mit sehr viel liebe im Detail eingerichtet... Es hat 3 BĂ€der und viel Platz fĂŒr 2 Familien. Der Pool war sowohl fĂŒr die Kinder als auch fĂŒr die Erwachsenen ein Highlight. Die Hausbesitzer Luca und seine Frau sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren mind. 2-3 mal die Woche da um nach dem Pool zu schauen. Einziger Nachteil: das Haus ist sehr abgelegen in mitten von OlivendĂŒnen. Man braucht immer das Auto. Die nĂ€chstgelegene grĂ¶ĂŸere Stadt ist mind. ca.30 min. entfernt. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Wir wĂŒrden es wieder buchen.

Urlaubswoche in der Toskana

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einem wirklich sehr schönen, sehr gut gepflegten Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung, riesigem AußengelĂ€nde und kleinem aber ausreichendem Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer es sehr ruhig mag, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Einkaufen ist zwar nur mit dem Auto möglich, man fĂ€hrt allerdings auch nur 10 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt. Nach Lucca sind es ca 20 Minuten, nach Pisa ca 40.

Ferienoase mitten in der Natur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit insgesamt 3 Ehepaaren im stilvoll eingerichteten und mit modernen BĂ€dern ausgestatteten HĂ€uschen sehr genossen. Die Gestaltung des Ferienhauses ist in den InnenrĂ€umen noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist. Das GrundstĂŒck ist außerordentlich schön gelegen und mit OlivenbĂ€umen umgeben. Wir nutzten noch im September ausgiebig den von Luca regelmĂ€ĂŸig gepflegten Pool und den Außensitzplatz bis in die spĂ€ten Abendstunden. Kleinere Abstriche könnte man nur fĂŒr die stellenweise schwierige Anfahrt mit grĂ¶ĂŸeren Fahrzeugen und die zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Poolliegen machen. Wir bedanken uns bei den netten Vermietern fĂŒr den freundlichen Empfang und einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in ihrem schönen Domizil.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage - einfach traumhaft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wunderschön im Garten gelegen. Der Garten und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und der Pool wird 2x pro Woche gereinigt. Auf der ĂŒberdachten Terasse hat man einen wĂŒnderschönen Blick ins Tal. Die Natur und die Ruhe sind traumhaft. Die Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar; Lucca (20 Min.), Strand bei Viareggio/Torre del Lago (30 Min.), Pisa (40 Min.), Florenz (90 Min.). Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in 5-10 Minuten schnell erreichbar (Supermarkt, BĂ€ckerei, Post,...). Der Kontakt zur Familie Leboffe ist sehr herzlich und zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es einen kleinen Snack. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder wenn mal ein kleines Problem auftaucht, kĂŒmmern sie sich umgehend. Wir können das Haus ohne EinschrĂ€nkung weiterempfehlen!
