Penthouse at Sunrise Complex, designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living with open Pyla views. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms (ensuite shower, main bath with tub). Inside, an open plan living area and 6 seat dining table meet a full kitchen. Enjoy a resort style pool, kids' pool and a tennis court. Private covered parking in calm Pyla, Larnaca.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, the large sun terrace and the covered balcony. You will also have access to the shared facilities of Sunrise Complex: a newly renovated pool, a children’s pool and a tennis court. Tennis rackets and balls are in the apartment for your use. Private covered parking for one car is reserved for you.
