Apartment layout: living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and matching chairs, side table, and flat-screen TV; open kitchen separated from the living room by a breakfast bar, equipped with a stove, cabinets for kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker; the living room opens onto a terrace with a matching table and chairs, where there is a space for hanging laundry; a double bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined) and a built-in closet; Upon entering the apartment, on the right-hand side, there is a small open space (without a door) where a single bed has been placed (this is not considered a bedroom); a bathroom with a shower, where the washing machine is located.

There is no air conditioning or heating; in summer, fans are provided, and in winter, electric heaters.
