Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

GUESTS
Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome but may not stay overnight.

NOISE & NEIGHBOURS
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. We have neighbours, please be respectful at all times. Parties and events are strictly not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

PETS
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance.

CLEANING & CONDITION
Please leave the apartment in a reasonable condition on departure. Dishes should be washed and rubbish placed in the bins provided. Any damage must be reported immediately.

SECURITY
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Access codes are personal and must not be shared.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be pre-authorised on your credit card on the day of arrival. No charge will be made if the apartment is left in good condition. The pre-authorisation is released within 7 days of check-out.
