This newly refurbished villa embraces the outdoors with expansive countryside views, a heated private pool, a bubbling hot tub, and multiple terraces perfect for alfresco dining or soaking up the sun. Though serenely tucked away, you're just twenty minutes from the golden beaches and vibrant town centre of Sitges, and only around thirty minutes from Barcelona airport.


Inside, the interior unfolds across two levels, with large picture windows flooding the open plan living and dining areas with natural light. Four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to ten guests, including a master suite with ensuite and terrace, two doubles with shared access to a sunlit balcony, and a flexible lower-level room that’s ideal for kids or groups.


Thoughtfully designed for families, the villa features an outdoor kitchen with a Weber barbecue, a shaded dining terrace, a trampoline area, and a slide by the pool. Whether you’re relaxing in the hot tub at sunset or gathering for a long lunch under the pergola, Villa Pura Vida makes every moment effortlessly enjoyable.

For urban explorers, Barcelona is only around 30 minutes drive away, ideal for a day trip of Gaudí architecture, art galleries, and gourmet tapas.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

Use of the hot tub is available on request and for an additional charge of €100 per week (minimum charge, after this pro rata), payable locally. Please request this during the booking process.



1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.



Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees:

- €25 per cot

- €15 per high chair

- €20 per cot mattress topper

Extra €220, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Jacuzzi: Children under 16 years are not permitted to use the jacuzzi.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional minimum charge of €280 (after this pro rata), to be paid locally on arrival. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. For stays outside of May-September, please request for the pool heating to be activated at least 5 days prior to arrival. This option is subject to an additional charge. Please enquire for more information.

Tourist Tax is payable locally in cash, typically costing between €1 - €10 per adult per night. Please enquire if the exact amount is required.
