Sitges Centre Mediterranean House - 5 Bedrooms:
This unique, single-family home (newly renovated in 2015), is equipped with 5 double bedrooms (sleeping up to 10 people), 4 bathrooms and enjoys many large open terrace and patio spaces. It also offers a private, rooftop swimming pool which is a very special feature for a home located in the centre of town!

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room divided into two distinct areas; one with beautiful, comfortable leather sofas and a state of the art 70' LED Smart TV, and a separate area with large comfortable armchairs for a more cozy environment near the fireplace (a real advantage for our late Autumn and Winter guests).

There is a beautiful kitchen with ample facilities for indoor dining, and the latest in modern appliances including a double door American style refrigerator and an extra wide professional oven (if you enjoy cooking...this is your kitchen)!. One of the most unique features of the ground floor is a fantastic outdoor courtyard to enjoy exterior dining with direct access to the living room and kitchen including a modern gas BBQ for outdoor grilling.

On this floor you will also find two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a second bedroom with a bathroom right across the hall. This is particularly attractive for guests with mobility issues or simply wishing to avoid stairs as they can enjoy the use of almost all the facilities without the need to climb upwards!

On the first floor, there are an additional 3 large double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms enjoys a large en-suite bathroom and the other two have easy access to a second bathroom. All four bathrooms in the house offer showers and one of the en-suite bathrooms offers both a unique rain forest shower and a large bathtub!

The solarium level, one of the most exciting areas of the house, consists of an extra large rooftop terrace with its own private swimming pool and sun lounge area. It also offers ample outdoor seating for relaxation and dining. This is one of the most special areas of this very unique centrally located property!

The house is also fully equipped with central A/C and heating ensuring the complete comfort of our guest of anytime of year they visit! The living room also has a fireplace to create a more cozy atmosphere during the cooler months of the year!

This home is ideally located right in the Centre of Sitges which is a major advantage from other properties. Typically, in the centre of town you can only find smaller apartments which often require you to divide your family/friends between different locations. Moreover, apartments can never offer you the same level of intimacy as a private home. On the other hand, if you look for a larger villa, you must be prepared move to the outskirts of the town and often a 15-20 minute car ride is required to reach the centre of Sitges as well as it´s beautiful beaches. With this property, you get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!

You and your family/friends can enjoy the privacy of a single family home while still enjoying the best of Sitges all in 3-5 minute WALKING DISTANCE! If you don´t feel like renting a car, there is absolutely no need! That also helps saves on additional expenses and the daily coordination of activities is so much easier as you don´t have to worry about managing transportation. Everyone can just do their 'own' thing. Everything you will need is within footsteps of the house (beaches, stores, restaurants, etc). Also, if you plan to commute to Barcelona centre, it couldn´t be easier! The train station is just a 2 minute walk and there is quick, convenient and direct train service to Barcelona every 20 minutes. The BEST of Sitges is literally at your doorstep!

The house is very tastefully decorated in a country/French provincial style with modern amenities. Moreover, it has been completely renovated in 2015 so everything is NEW! There´s nothing more refreshing than staying in a newly-renovated home and enjoying the latest in modern. Moreover, my staff and I have an eye for 'detail' so you will clearly notice that nothing was spared to ensure total comfort during your stay!





For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
