The apartment was poorly furnished and uncomfortable.The mismatched settee and single arm chair were old and had seen better days. Where the dining table was located meant it was of little use other than for storing hats and sunglasses on and because of the size of it could not be easily relocated.The plastic patio chairs felt as though they would snap if you lent back on them and the kitchen was very uninviting so we only used it for making drinks.The bedrooms were just about okay but under the beds had not been cleaned and we could not find a handle for the mop head so had no way of cleaning the floors.The owners were helpful and polite but need to make some significant improvements if they are to rent their apartment on an ongoing basis at the price they are asking.The position of the apartment and the complex were very good. Handy for a couple of local restaurants and bars, the golf course and Vilamoura.
