Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This is a misleading from start to end . They have said an apartment , however you are just getting a room with shared kitchen and shared bathroom . We were 2 friends travelling with kids and imaged our horror when we saw only a double bed . The description said that that there was a sofa bed as well .They agreed that sofa bed was mentioned and then said we don’t have it at the moment . Also Terrible communication .the person in charge never ever picks up the call and just replies one moment on WhatsApp . That’s it . There we no pillow covers . No duvets . No beds sheets . All the other guests were frustrated as well .Not to mention the pub / night club next to it . It is extremely loud and the whole bed shakes with the base effect . Forget sleep till 4 am in the morning . It is not safe as well . Anyone having your pin to the room can enter anytime . Will never go there and i normally don’t write reviews but I don’t want other people who want to enjoy their holidays go through this terrible experience .
