Recently (2024) rebuilt and renovated apartment in the heart of Zakynthos Town. Alba Suāvis - Luxury City Apartment is close to the Port of Zakynthos (450m/1475 ft) and to the picturesque Cathedral of Saint Dionysius. The location is at walking distance from all the restaurants and shops of the Center of Zakynthos Town and the beaches of Argassi and of Plaz EOT are at short distance. The neighbourhood is very quiet but at the same time cental, being placed in the Historical Center of Zakynthos and there is free public parking on the side of the street. The apartment is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, a living room and all the amenities possibly needed to make your stay comfortable and give you the feeling of never having left home. The three bedrooms are equipped each with their own air conditioning, smart TV and window to enjoy the daylight of the sunny island of Zakynthos. The spacious garden offers a quiet and relaxing space to enjoy a fresh breath of air and the sunlight of the Ionian Islands.
