Located in Parentis-en-Born, this spacious house is set within a wooded estate just 400 metres from Lake Biscarrosse. Surrounded by pine forests and open landscapes, the setting offers a calm and immersive environment while remaining connected to nearby towns and the Atlantic coastline. The balance between lake, forest and ocean defines the overall experience.

The house accommodates up to eight guests and features three bedrooms, including a double bed, twin beds and bunk beds, along with a living area that includes a double sofa bed, dining space and television. The layout provides both space and flexibility for group stays. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, while the bathroom includes a bath or shower with a separate WC. A terrace or balcony extends the living area outdoors.

Guests have access to two heated swimming pools, including one covered, available from April to October, depending on weather conditions. A sauna and hot tub can be reserved, while additional facilities include a fitness room, multi-sports field and pétanque court. Wi-Fi is free at reception and within the accommodation at low speed, and free outdoor parking is provided.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities, including water sports on the lake, cycling through forest trails and visits to nearby coastal destinations. Local markets and regional attractions complete a varied and engaging stay.
