Bike to VA Beach’s Oceanfront lll

This home is nestled in the residential neighborhood a little over a mile to Virginia Beach's popular Oceanfront. This home is a ranch style home with spacious bedrooms and entertaining areas.
The highlight of this home is the location and it’s proximity to Virginia Beach’s boardwalk and our popular convention center and the Sportsplex.

.The spacious backyard is perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Take note of the spacious deck with built in seats! We have provided loungers and small bistro for simply relaxing outdoors. Although there are great restaurant nearby, we have a large BBQ grill for your own "at home" cooking.

The home is equipped with a keyless entry system. Confirmed guest will be given the access code at least 24 hours before arrival.

We've put a lot of work into details so that
and your family will have a comfortable stay and memories to last a lifetime.

Please note that there is NO on site pool. Confirmed guest must make arrangements for access to the communal pool. The indoor pool is located at the Seatack Recreation Center a few blocks away.

Family vacation

Great stay at a great property. Our host was very attentive and the house was perfect to relax in after a busy day. The fenced in yard is great for pets. The bedrooms are a good size and both bathrooms are spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient

I am retired military it was nice an convenient to all the bases. And also close to my daughters home. She is the reason we came to see our new granddaughter. It was nice for our dog as well the back yard was great.

Great Location

Everything is a short drive away. The neighborhood is nice and quite. You do hear the planes from the military base which is very close. The back yard is very nice. It was so enjoyable to have this private house to come to after going to the beach or all the other attractions in the area.

Great location and property

We had a great stay. We felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood and to the sports complex. The house is well situated - we were able to walk to the beach and it would have been an easy bike ride. The house was a good fit for our family and the fenced in back yard was a bonus. We spent very little time at the house, but it had everything we needed. The kids loved the snacks!

Enjoying the Ocean Beach

For our kids, it was their first time to see and swim in an ocean beach. The house was the right place to be. We are more them satisfied and would repeat and recommand the house and locality. The owner was very caring and really nice. We selpt well, cooked well and enjoyed very much our stay. Thank you Chris!

Great house for biking to beach. Good price.

We had a great week at the nice clean home. Enjoyed riding bikes (our own) 1.3 miles along a major bike trail to the boardwalk. We had 4 adults and 5 kids ages 4-9. We brought an air mattress with us for the 9th person. Everything was clean. Owner was welcoming. Was nice to have a couple boogie boards to borrow. Gas grill and fire pit are nice options in the backyard. We were really happy at this house! A few little things that would be nice to add are black out shades, couple more seating options in living room, big pot, a few stir spoons, and a few games. Great stay. Thanks so much.

Not worth the money

Owner was very friendly and responded quickly. Unfortunately the house had many things broken items The kitchen was not well stocked w needed utensils plates etc. There were no dressers in bedrooms to put clothing. The grill was in poor condition so we did not use The backyard was not as clean as pictured. You had to wash/dry their towels before leaving and start the washer w linens

Recently, I rented this house for two weeks while my grandson and wife were expecting the birth of their second child. Our days were spent running errands and involved in family events, but this house provided comfortable sleeping accommodations for me, my canine companion, and other visiting family members at night. The property manager, Christea, was a joy to work with, and the fenced backyard was a super place for my dog to run off some energy. Also, a well stocked supermarket was less less than a mile away.

Nice Group Getaway

We had a nice weekend here with a group of friends and our infant son. The backyard and deck were wonderful for hanging out together for a relaxing getaway. Our group rode bikes to the beach, and the bike path on Norfolk Ave is just a block away.

Perfect Place to Stay

Our stay was lovely. There were snacks, juices, and water upon our arrival which was a nice treat. The place was a nice location. About a 30 minute walk to the boardwalk which was perfect for giving our dog a nice long walk. Will check out this place again if I’m ever in the area.

Great Vacation!!!

Overall we all enjoy the home it felt very calming and comfortable. We could ho every where and be back within 20 minutes. We felt completely at home this was wonderful. If we go back to Virginia beach again this is the first place I'm looking into.

Great place

This place was in the perfect spot. Only 4-5 minutes away from the beach. When we first arrived, Christea brought us to Gringo’s which has the best margaritas and fish tacos around. Christea knows what she’s doing and makes sure everything is in place and on point for your vacation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone and would love to come back here again. The 2 full bathrooms is great and a washer and dryer is a huge plus. The naval base is near by so you do hear and see jets flying overhead which is pretty cool.

We had a great time at the beach house. Only 1.5 mile walk to the beach with a nice bike path the whole way. The house was as described. We grilled both nights we stayed. Would be five stars if communication was better and pet policy was clearer from the start. With six adults the house was the right size.
