Die Wohnung ist Souterrain, an viel befahrener Straße. Wenig Fenster zu öffnen, warm in der Wohnung. Die Sauberkeit war verbesserungswürdig, aber okay. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat direkt einen Ventilator gebracht.
