This spacious 107 square meter apartment provides the perfect setting for an active mountain experience. With 10 beds spread across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. You can park in your own garage with an electric car charger and head straight out on your skis – the lighted trail starts right at the parking lot.



The apartment extends over two floors with 2 living rooms that provide space for both activity and relaxation. Smart heating control in all rooms ensures that you arrive to a warm apartment. You can relax by the fireplace after a long day in the mountains. A private laundry room and well-equipped office spaces with large screens make your stay practical.



In the large common area in the middle of the complex, you will find a children's ski lift, barbecue hut, and toboggan run with evening lighting. The garage has its own storage room for skis and a shared waxing room. The outdoor area invites play and activity for the whole family throughout the year.



The ski trails are right next to the apartment, with beautiful cross-country trails towards Haugen, Fidjeland, and Forsbergløypa. The alpine resorts at Fidjeland, Ålsheia, Tjørhomfjellet, and Ådneram are a short drive away. In summer, Sirdal Fjellgolf is within walking distance and there are excellent hiking opportunities. It is the perfect starting point for trips to Lysebotn, Lysefjorden, and Kjerag.
