Welcome to our charming vacation home in Boltenhagen, where the sound of the sea is your constant companion. With its direct location by the sea and just a minute's walk to the beach, our house is the perfect place to relax and unwind.



The 100 sqm house is deliberately simple, yet homely and comfortably furnished. It can be divided into two units if required. The light-flooded first floor shines with an inviting veranda, dining area and cozy sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen and the antique tiled stove invite you to linger. The four-poster bed next door promises sweet dreams. From the first floor, you can access the spacious terrace and the enchanting garden. The top floor offers another bedroom, bathroom, an extra kitchen and a living area with year-round sea views. The almost hundred-year-old doors and the original balcony room give the house its very own character.



Outside, 1000 square meters of natural idyll await you, surrounded by majestic pines, oaks and birches, offering both sunny and shady places to relax. The fenced property is perfect for dogs and children. Directly from the garden you have access to the lower promenade and are just a few steps away from the beach. Here you can experience unforgettable days or search for fossils on the nearby cliffs.



Discover Bothmer Castle and the music festival, cycle through charming villages or explore Wismar and Schwerin on day trips. The nearby climbing park promises adventure for the whole family.

The vacation home looks beautiful, sits on a gorgeous property, and is wonderfully decorated inside <3 Being able to walk to the beach in just two minutes and watch the sunrises and sunsets is simply one-of-a-kind. The property is fenced in, and dogs are more than welcome. Just great!

Das Haus liegt einfach perfekt. Ein paar Meter und man ist direkt am Meer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, alles sehr durchdacht. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auf der Gerade kann man schon sitzen und der Garten ist beinahe komplett eingewachsen, so dass man für sich ist
