The Reet/AM11b vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults and one child.

Spread over three floors, this thatched-roof vacation home features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here across 105 m². Your very own beach chair on the terrace gives you a taste of the beach.

On the first floor of the vacation home is the combined living-dining area with an open, modern kitchenette. Take a seat on the leather corner couch and enjoy your breakfast at the modern dining table with leather chairs. Also on the first floor is the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For your entertainment, the house is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You can access the furnished southwest-facing terrace directly from the living room.

On the property, close to the house, you’ll find a private log cabin sauna (available for a fee; you can pick up the key at the front desk). Here you can enjoy relaxing sauna sessions. For summer barbecue evenings, a Char-Broil® electric grill is available in the outdoor area of the house.

In the two bedrooms in the attic, you’ll sleep in a comfortable box-spring bed with a full-length topper (1 x 180 x 200 cm) and in a double bed with two single mattresses (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Each room features a flat-screen TV and closets with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Next to the bedrooms, on the same floor, is a bathroom with a bathtub.

From the hallway, a staircase leads up to the attic, where you’ll find the third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a lounge mattress (75 x 190 cm) for an additional, small guest. Additional amenities in the vacation home include a washing machine, a crib, and a high chair. The entire house has Wi-Fi (subject to availability). A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking home.

The vacation resort on Mariannenweg is located in a traffic-calmed area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The parking lot, which is located directly at the resort’s entrance and features a gate, ensures that only guests of the vacation home complex have access. This vacation home is assigned 2 parking spaces. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The shed for storing bicycles you bring with you is located right next to the house.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (unmade).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the cottages.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces assigned to each cottage, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
