The ground floor features underfloor heating, inviting you to spend cozy moments indoors in the winter with a good cup of coffee from the house’s espresso machine.





The large lawn surrounding the house is perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities. Here you’ll find a built-in sandbox on the patio, space for ball games, and a fire pit.





From the swimming dock at the beach, you can both swim and catch crabs. A short walk along the beach takes you to the area’s campground, where you can buy ice cream. The area offers plenty of opportunities to spot wild deer, squirrels, herons, and birds of prey.
