The house can accommodate 6 guests and has three spacious bedrooms, all furnished with a double bed. In addition, there are two beautiful bathrooms with a shower and a separate activity room with games and TV for cozy moments indoors. The stylish kitchen-dining room is the natural gathering point of the house. Large windows provide beautiful light and a fantastic view of the fjord, while the elegant brick half-wall creates a natural division between the kitchen and living room without breaking the open and airy atmosphere. The interior combines modern comfort with warm and cozy details. In the living room there is a TV, where you can stream free Danish TV channels via DR and free German channels via the ARD and ZDF apps. There is a simple guide in the house for setup and use. The entire house is heated via underfloor heating, which together with the house's energy-efficient geothermal heating system contributes to a pleasant indoor climate all year round and moderate energy consumption. Outside, a large and inviting wooden terrace awaits you with quality garden furniture, sun loungers and a wonderful wilderness bath/hot tub. The well-screened grounds are surrounded by old trees, which create both shelter and cozy corners with sun throughout the day – perfect for morning coffee, barbecue dinners or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The house is located in a unique location, less than 200 meters from the water, in quiet and scenic surroundings right next to Hjarbæk Fjord Golf Center. Here you get the perfect combination of nature, peace and comfort – ideal for both golfers and guests who just want to enjoy the area around the fjord.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
