The apartment consists of an upper and a lower floor.

The lower floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room with access to the terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a utility room, and a bedroom.

Upstairs you will find:

A bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and TV, a bathroom with shower and sauna, and a second bedroom with two single beds.

Living space: approx. 100 m². You also have access to the garden and a garden shed where you can store your bicycles, etc. Parking spaces are also available.
